About US

“Our mission is to promote health, wellness, and balance though education and treatment in a safe and caring way.”

Holistic Traditions first opened its doors in 2000. The goal was to establish a holistic healing arts clinic that provided various styles of treatment for addressing most health needs. The staff takes great pride in being a part of enlightened leadership in its community and providing healing and health education for its patients.

Being mindful of the importance of an all encompassing healthy lifestyle, our staff makes every effort to live their personal lives in this way. Each staff member is certified and registered with both national and state licensing. We strive to stay informed of new treatment techniques as well as established approaches by regularly attending up-to-date training and education. In the process of helping others, our staff holds high regard for each patient’s personal style of living. In this way each person is treated individually and with special attention to their health needs. This may include acupuncture, therapeutic massage, nutritional counseling, structural alignment and as well as other healing modalities.

Holistic Traditions staff members have different strengths and educational backgrounds. With this body of knowledge and expertise, patients benefit from multiple approaches and care. The emphasis is on overall healing not compartmentalized treatment.

For more than a decade Holistic Traditions has operated a chair massage booth at the La Jolla Open Aire Market, becoming an integral part of the La Jolla community. In this way potential clients can interact with our staff, experience a relaxing massage and find out more about what we do and how we practice.

Our clinic is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful La Jolla, the “jewel” of Southwest California.

Our staff works by appointment, making every effort to accommodate the schedule of the patient. Weekends, evening and even Sundays are available upon request.

Be good to your self. If you do not take care of your body where will you live.
